BesteBakken is located in one of the most beautiful fjord and mountain areas in Norway. The area offer many light walks, but also more demanding challenges for those who are up for it. No matter what you do, the trip will give you fantastic views of the fjord and mountains.

Molden

It has often been said that the most beautiful viewpoint in all of Luster is Molden. From here you are able to get a beautiful view of the fjord, in all directions. The journey is mainly on a good trail, with a medium inclined terrain.

THE MOUNTAIN ROADS IN JOSTEDALEN

The mountain roads in Jostedalen can be a great starting point for hikes—short or long—through Breheimen towards Strynefjellet and Skjåk. Use the map. Possible journeys:
From Fåbergstølen to Styggevatnet and Handspiki.
From Fåberg along the river towards Arenzbu.
From Krundalen to Bergsetbreen.
From Vigdalen til Vigdalstøl.
From Leirdøla bridge to Tunsbergdalsvatnet.
